The term “we”, “us”, and “our” are used interchangeably with the “Patrick F. Taylor Foundation”. The terms “you” and “yours” are used interchangeably with the term “user”.
Data as used herein shall mean any and all information disclosed, written or oral, to the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation, the Site, or any of its affiliates related to the Taylor Plan. Non-limiting examples include IP address, cookies, Application Information, and the like.
Your IP Address
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When a user requests a page from the Site, our servers log the user’s current IP address. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer the Site.
We use per-session “cookies” (pieces of data your browser stores in your computer’s memory at the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation’s request) to establish user sessions on our server. We use this information to carry information about usage from page to page through the Site.
Disclosures to Third Parties
The Patrick F. Taylor Foundation shall not be liable for any disclosure of your information by a third party.
Disclosures for Legal Reasons
The Patrick F. Taylor Foundation will also disclose information you provide through the Site, including but not limited to Application Information, when it believes, in its sole discretion, that the law requires such disclosures or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with the law;
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation or others; or
- Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the public or the users of the Site.
